I'm Denice.
I have a passion for helping others create security and build wealth through real estate.
I love sharing knowledge, and inspiring others to attempt, and ultimately achieve...things they never thought possible.
For me, this takes form through
real estate services, consulting & teaching fun workshops.
What We Do
I'm passionate about a life well lived and helping others.
I'm a positive soul who loves animals, spending time outdoors in this beautiful world of ours, plants, photography and sunsets.
I also enjoy meeting others and hearing their story.
I think we can do anything we set our mind to. Absolutely anything.
Education, tools and resources are paramount in any endeavor.
What we're missing most as adults is the road map to get where we want to go.
Life is extremely busy; pretty soon ten years has passed and we're still not living the life we desire.
We're stuck on the hamster wheel.
We've put our dream career, our passions, our goals on the back burner
...for someday...in the future...when we have more time...more money...feel better...or are in a different place.
But someday never seems to arrive.
That's where I come in - to help you lay out the road map, whether that's on a grand scale whole life make over, if you will -
or small scale, simply committing to 20 minutes of movement a day.
We only have one life.
Let's live it to the fullest!

When you interview me, we'll begin with a thorough Wants/Needs Assessment and Timeline Tracker, as well as simply getting to know each other a bit to see if we're a good fit. We'll be spending a lot of time together over the next 30+ days.
I'm an agent who prioritizes communication with my clients and transaction partners. Nothing is more annoying than not being able to get ahold of your agent or having to wait hours to hear back.
