I'm Denice.
I have a passion for helping others create security and build wealth through real estate.
I love sharing knowledge, and inspiring others to attempt, and ultimately achieve...things they never thought possible.
For me, this takes form through
real estate services, consulting & teaching fun workshops.
What We Do
I'm passionate about a life well lived and helping others.
I'm a positive person who enjoys spending time outdoors, great coffee, dog rescue - especially senior dogs,
vintage & thrifting, photography and plant love. I also enjoy meeting others and hearing their story.
I think we can do anything we set our mind to. Absolutely anything.
Whether that's buying your first or fifth home, going back to school to start a new career or
organizing your living space to relieve the stress you feel every time you walk in the front door.
Education, tools and resources are paramount in any endeavor. Along with a support system.
Just STARTING is the biggest step.
Most people have no idea where to start though, so they never do. Sadly.
What we're missing most as adults is the road map to get where we want to go.
Life is extremely busy. We look up and ten years has passed and we're still not living the life we desire.
We're stuck on the hamster wheel.
We've put our dream career, our passions, our goals on the back burner
...for someday...in the future...when we have more time...more money...feel better...or are in a different place.
How often have you thought - If I can just get through this week - then maybe next week I will have more time, energy, money?
But that someday never seems to arrive.
That's where I come in - to help you lay out the road map, whether that's on a grand scale whole life make over, if you will -
or small scale, simply committing to putting together a daily schedule and goals that work for you.
